FIREWALL

I just wanted to know if anyone can help me get rid of my DANG firewall cause i cant figure out how to????????? And it is making me mad stopping me from going to the ster i want (lol)

If u can help please tell me!!!!:computer:

Which firewall is it? It should be in Add/Remove programs, unless you've deleted a part necessary for the install. If not, delete the entry in C:\Program Files (or as applies to you), and do a scan of your harddrive for anything left behind. You can then proceed to manually delete the registry keys.

Or are you trying to disable the XP firewall?

Disabling the XP firewall

Click on the Start button > All Programs > Connect To > Show all connections

Right-click on the icon for your Internet connection > Properties (in the pop-up window that appears)

Click on the Advanced tab > uncheck the "Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet"

Click the OK button > Congrats you have now turned off the firewall.

And you're done!

Is there a connections icon in control panel? Enter there - follow steps above.
