Altiris Client Service

Can anybody tell me something about "Altiris Client Service".

I think it's a computer limitation program, so a crack or hacking util zould be nice to....

The program is used @ my college.

I'm not sure 'bout what it does, but I think it resticts the access on a computer, so some things can not be done by the standard users.

The program just logs everything that happens on the computer

They use it at work too. I understand it takes note of all the hardware in the computer and sends the information back to the IT department. That way they can tell if some RAM goes missing, or the hard drive suddenly halves its capacity.

I wouldnt mind knowing myself. Its running on my system as well here at work.

My IT departments pretty cool, and I make sure I dont do anything wrong, but still would like to know. For learning sake
