how do i make this for a cd

i burn alot of stuff to cd nowdays like programs and backup some of my work i want to make like an auto run thing like when u get a mag and it comes with a demo disk and u run it and u get like a menu and stuff like that u know what i mean.
Well i want to do something like this is they any programs that will let me do this.
