UTC, Help: USB!

Ok, it's time to update my old USB card...Few questions though:
My main question is, what brand of card is best for USB 2.0?
Second, can I still use my regular old D-Link USB hub through a USB 2.0?...
Third: r all reg usbs compatabile w/ 2.0? Maybe this is
the wrong community to ask but I'll try here first!......Thanx I really need help w/ this!
