need an image viewer like in winme

hi i would like an image viewer like the one bulit in to windows me u know the one where u told it to show tumbs of pictures in the folder i want something like that is they anything that can do the same for me but for win98 se or a program that offers a plugin to do so.

Solid viewer with many different plugins too!

Pica view will do what you want and you can convert files to other formats and resize the picture.
when you right click on a picture file a thumnail appears in the list then you can click on it for a full screen view

i just got a program called insant thumbview it will only show thumpviews in a few folders but then i do not also get the preview where u highlight the picture and help on this and i can not find anything on a program called pica

Infranview is the best option.. I agree with Gunny on that. You can browse your entire PC and it can recognize any image format possible..

I thought any windows O/S could view thumbnails just like in Win98? given.. I havent really noticed.. but if you just open up "My Computer" and start browsing your PC.. it should pop them up on the left hand side?
