Norton Systemworks 2003 XP

Hello I have the option to install Norton Systemworks 2003 on my computer and was wondering what your recommendations were regarding the software..

in the past I have had some problems with Norton and it seems that all of the Windoctor/System Doctor fixes etc hurt my computer more than they helped.

The one reason I really wanted to install systemworks is for the Speed Disk and Antivirus.

Is systemworks worth the install or should I look for a different disk defragmenter? I'm not very fond of windows defrag...
