GTA 3 error

I have a Grand Theft Auto installed on my win2k box and everytime i load my saved game, the game minimized and pops an error

"unhandled exception: c0000005
At Adress: 005454d4"

then the game crashes...

I need a solution, please help, thanks...

Better than mine i have "can not read DVD" sucks cause its for ps2 and i love that game.

Pinoy.. my guess woudl be that its a corrupt saved game file.. or at least thats what my first guess woudl be.

Have you tried loading any other saved game? Does it give the same error? Have you checked the official website to see if that error is reported as a problem they are trying to fix in a patch?

I downloaded a patch for gta3 and my saved games are now working...

Cool Beans glad it worked out for yah man. took me forever to get to shore side vale. wouldn't wont to redo it. hehe

i cannot attach the file here, its too big...

you can download it in kazaa, search for gta 3 fix, or gta 3 loading fix
