dreamcast games

face it, the dreamcast ows every console that will ever come out. If you have ever played Shenmue 1 or 2 you'll know what i'm talking about. However the dreamcast is officially dead, but i play on it every day, im so happy

well i can see why you don't like xbox (because i don't like it either). but i believe ps2 is the best game system out in my opinion, and gamecube ain't that bad either. so as young_hova said, why don't you explain why gamecube and ps2 suck?

Interestingly enough.. I'd never know about a sega product. They dont ever make enough games to support their own consoles. Nor can they get other companies to make them.. which is why I will stick with a product that has backing such as Sony or Nintendo.

So as for Dreamcast being the best.. I'd have to say "maybe" it has good gameplay.. but it will never surpass the other console systems due to teh reason mentioned above.

I need content to like something.. Dreamcast has none.

Yea the DC was a quality games system with some good games... I've got a chipped one shipped from abroad... BUT the PS2 does not suck! I'd say it's the best console around @ the mo.. If I still played console games as much as I used to I'd probably get a PS2... Loads of games, brilliant console !....................

ok ok ps2, xbox and gamecube don't suck, i only think that the dreamcast has more potential, not in power, the xbox is at least twice as fast, but its the only 128 bit console that still has that "special Sega feeling" that the megadrive had.

and yea i played vice city on the ps2 its pretty cool

well, there are more than 250 games available on the Dreamcast, and maybe you can remember the Megadrive 16-bit, that was even a bigger succes than the ps1! There were even sonic comics and tv series. :p

Have you ever played Shenmue(2)? I think that's the best game ever made! And Soulcalibur, the greatest fighting game ever (ign.com gave it a 10!!!!). Or Metropolis street racer the first racing game with the "KUDOS" system that gotham city racer on Xbox uses too. And don't forget about the sonic adventure games. So don't say the Dreamcast hasn't content.

a boot-disk come out from no-where. able to run anything.

i am on your side yomamma .. i have a dreamcast with around 300 games (alot released in jap) and it ownz .. soulcalibur, nhl 2k2, test-drive lemans, bangai-o, ikaruga, shenmue1 and 2, powerstone1 and 2 .. the list goes on and on of great games for the dreamcast plus the homebrew dc scene kix ass .. www.dcemulation.com ... soon to have a psx emulator :]

Thats alright.. I respect your opinion. I just guess I am stuck in my own rut of love with Sony Playstation to ever move onto anything else.

actually if u download dcfactory from dcemulation.com it is a very easy way to make all your emulator/homebrew self boot (no need for a boot cd) + most games that you can find for download are now all selfboot and or can b made self boot with a simple little program like bin2boot ..
