It is Truly AMAZING... This is just the sort of game that actually forces you to go out and upgrade your vid card, add more RAM, and invest in a nice soundcard and speakers

At the higest settings this is one visually stunning game.

SO..... Who else is interested????
What Games do you want??
Team Deathmatch
Deathmatch (Free for All)
Bombing Run :thumbs up
Double Domination
Capture the Flag

What Maps in the cycle (keep your eyes peeled for new maps that would be fun)

I'm not much of a game player, but looks like it could be fun...
but that is a big download for dial up.

Well You can play with 256 but if you have anything else besides the game running in the background you may get increased windup time to get the game started (course I did have about 6 things running in my task at the time I tried this-once the game actually started things settle down after about 15 seconds and I was set--I also had everything set on Ultra High wich probably was not helping matters any, but I just had to see what my new gForce 4 4400 could do ).
I just bought an additional 512 stick of ddr from Crucial and now my rig does not even breath heavy:thumbs up (I currently have 786k--who's your daddy??)

Note that Crucial memory is some of the best available (my opinion) and it is among the least expensive if you buy directly from their website--plus they give FREE shipping and you will get it in 1-2 days if you order before 10 am Mountain time.

If you are not sure about this game, before you buy it, download and try out the demo. I know it is a big d/l at 100 mb but it will really give you a feel for the full game, which has many more maps, many more player models, yada yada yada.

Note: This is SUPPOSED to be FUN!! This is going to be a server for ALL UTC members to play on-> NOT HARDCORE WIN AT ALL COSTS Players!! Good natured, easy-going, Fun Loving, HONEST players only!!!

Hopefully we can setup some really fun games and if things work out...well, there might be ... well ways we can expand :thumbs up

Unite is really going above the call of duty by even offering to set up a full time server:thumbs up :thumbs up (it is HIS Equipment we will be using )
If you like UTC we hope you will like this "little" diversion we are going to try. (think of it as NETRIS...On some SERIOUS STEROIDS!!)

Oh come on, where's the Counter-Strike? That is the best multi-player shooter I've ever played.

That is next! I just finished loading the new Win-Server now I'm setting up UT2003 server. Once that server is running good and I have a chance to see what the load is I will add Half Life server as well. All in due time

It's times like this I wished I took a desktop instead of a laptop. There is -1321% chance of me playing UT2k3, but I can play Counter-strike. Although I get a whooping 15 fps, but if i set it at lowest settings, I get a huge 28 constant fps. Im up for CS if its added to Unite's server..

I will be home and trying out the new server at 8am California time (it is currently 4:40am).

Hope to see some of you there. I have not been able to log on to it yet, so I cannot tell you any specifics yet.
Stay tuned.

Thanks Unite
