republic commando invalid page fault

hi

i have installed republic commando demo and i have video card ati radeon 9550 agp 256 mb and 850 mhz ( need 1000 mhz) sometimes it can play under 1000 in some games ...... 512 mb ram win98se and it require 3D hardware enabled i dont know where to look to enable it ...... cause star republic demo have diagnostic my pc two failed 1000 mhz mine is 850 and other one is 3D hardware failed too ..... but i have latest driver for ati radeon 9550 from ati site ....... how come it say 3D hardware failed ? my pc doesnt have 3D ? cause my ati radeon is 3D hardware no ?

i get error when run this game : SWREPUBLICCOMMANDO caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:6c707544.

you run win98se with 512MB? Upgrade to win2000.

It can be a bug of the demo. But because the error points to memory you can try testing it (http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp).

hi guys

no this game run fine now i found problem is that ati radeon 9550 256 mb ram driver from ati site have caused this dxdiag to disable 3D acceleration

i enabled 3D acceleration and reboot then run the game and it work
