Vampire: Bloodlines

If you have not seen this game yet.. its worth a look. If you have ever liked vampires or vampire lore.. this game follows it to the letter. I am extremely impressed by the gameplay and the graphics are pretty damn good too.

It uses the same game engine as Half Life 2.. so it runs pretty smooth.

Its an RPG single player game.. so its not a run and gun type of game. In fact.. you have to be very discreet when you are feeding (sucking blood).. and you arent supopsed to kill anyone who you feed from... unless they are enemies trying to kill you. So its actually quite interesting playing the game.

Well... to give a bit of feedback on this game if anyone wanted to know more about it. It is indeed a blast to play. One of the best parts about this game is the NPC interraction. Depending on which clan of vapmire you choose you get different feats to use on NPC's to : Intimidate, Seduce, Persuade, and alter mind during conversations. You can actually seduce certain NPC's to be your "blood dolls". In otherwords.. you dont ever kill these NPC's.. but they are hanging out in the various bars/clubs. They are always there.. so depending on when you need blood. you can just find a blood doll.. they are always happy to see you again and you can get a fill without worrying about getting in trouble. Its quite funny.

I also realize.. that alot of programmers are perverts.. but this game is extra perverted. I made a female Malkavian vampire (these are the insane ones).. and the first outfit she was in was a skimpy cheerleading outfit with her thong showing. I purchased Heavy Clothing.. thinking it would make me look "cooler".. turns out that female vampires apparently get more armor rating from less clothing. the Heavy clothign is a skimpy cowboy outfit with no pants.. just a thong bottom. Then I purchased Light leather armor.. and it is a skimpy police outfit.. thong bottom.. and the words "Precent 69" on the back of the top.

All in all.. one of the best RPG games I have ever played.. worth it if you like story. If you respond to certain NPC"s.. they wont give you quests or help you out.. so you have to pick your responses wisely.

When you start up.. if you play in console mode (adding a -console) after the close quote of the exe in the game shortcut.. you can type money "2" in the console by hitting the ~ key. Just make sure you are looking at a female NPC before you do it.

Or better yet.. do : money "5"

Trust me. Its worth it.

Right click on the Vampire shortcut you use to open the game from you desktop. In the path that shows the .EXE you can add a -console after the close quotes.

Ex:

"c:\program files\games\vampirebloodlines\vampire.exe" -console

Then in the game you can hit the ~ key to open the console.

The example I posted up top probably is not where your game is installed. I was only using that folder path as an example of how to add it in. If you changed the program path to match my example you will need to create a new desktop shortcut to get the game to load again.



Where did you install your Vampires game? Find the folder where your vampire game is installed. Create a new shortcut from the Vampire.exe and place it on your desktop. Then all you have to do is right click on that shortcut on your desktop and go to Properties. In that window after the close quotes in the program path add a - console .
