I suggested this in the doom3 thread, i wondered what everyone thought about it? maybe we could run a diff game every month? id volunteer my connection but i dont know if 356kb/s is enough upload.

maybe we could run Doom3, ut2k4, HL2, far cry, etc.

what does everyone else think?

Just as soon as i get legit copies of all them games but ut2004 is legit.

I currently have a CALL OF Duty Server running via my DSL...it seems to work well for up to 12 players.

I can probably set it up for any game, possibly I can run 2 servers.
Let me know what you would like to try out.

I set set up any game: HL2 (when Avail) FarCry (when patched), Call of Duty (now, up and running), Doom3 (can have it up and running any time).

I have not sprung for UT2004 yet, but I can certainly DL the Server and host it.
Let me know ..... what and When.

Been practicing lately online for COD and I'm getting tired of hearing "you suck"

Is that COD server running 24/7 LP

ah, i dont have the retail COD.. will a rip work online? or does is have some kind of checking code like HL has...ya know where it verifies your key from its own servers.

id also be up for UT2K4 and even HALO if anyone has it..

but UT2K4 and COD would be the main ones..

i have ut2k4 and doom3(clients) i could probably run ut2k4 server, but im not read up on doom 3 yet.. im still figuring out certain things

The rest i dont have as of yet, but will probably get soon.

I think the weekends would be a good time, just to avoid jobs and school. what times are good? It needs to include alot of time zones, we have people from california to the UK and spain, just in this thread. I dont konw if you guys can run servers for days at a time, but I cant(arrg parents).

I think we could do a game a month, and each week we could switch game types or mods.
