I played the demo and MUST agree. Has the shooter feel, with the right amount of realism. The AI is what I'm interested in.

Yup.. I have been playing this too much lately. Anytime you all are up for a game.. me and Gabe are part of a group of gamers and we have our own server up and running.

our groups website is htt://lefog.rsge.com

And yes.. our theme is to poke fun at the french. All in jest of course

Yeah I'm thinking of getting it since its got that server check and serial protection. As a matter of fact I gotta buy No One Lives Forever 2, Halo, Return to Wolfenstein, and UT 2004. But CoD first since its sure as hell worth every penny.

Thx for the invite Cirga. Be warned, for I play like a psycho with a shotgun if its a deathmatch.

And as for the French, to be honest I STILL dont truly know what else they did besides not help us with Iraq. I dont hate em, I HATE EVERYBODY!

Pretty much.. every night we play LP. Just hop in TS any evening and you are bound to find people hanging out in there waiting to hop into the server.

Boy.. our server was full all night last night.. we had to kick some people off so we could get in lol

Bolt action? Reminds me of how there was a strategy with the super shotty in Doom. Had to evade when the reload delayed firing. If i can use the m1 i would pwn just i would in mohaa. But hey i wouldnt mind.

Oh yes.
In fact I have set up my own server that you all can play on whenever it is up and running.

It is called LPDad's So Cal Server and will show up in all yellow letters on the ingame server. The ingame message also shamelessly plugs our fair site, www.pctechtalk.com

Currently it is running version 1.4 (so update if you are using any other version)
The Default settings are:

Deathmatch, Punkbuster=off Max players=10

Maps in rotation: neuville, dawnville, carentan, stalingrad, depot

You can easily change to any gametype and any map by voting in game.

Fisty went out an just bought the game also so all the newbies are in good company.

If you want a special map included on the server let me know.
Also let me know of any problems you might be having with the server and I will do my best to fix them-- I am still learning about how the server runs/works.

If the server is off you can send me an PM and tell me when you want it up and running.

When 3 or more start playing on the server, then lots of other people start to join.

I spend my time get PWNED in the clan servers so that one day I can frag the s#$%^&*()T out of berks! Lets try and set up a day and a time that we can all play!

btw I am such a n00b, I get fragged off a$$ every 30 seconds

LOL, I had fun playing just you on the server -- you were not too vulnerable....nothing a lot of practice would not cure.
