Final Fantasy XI review

I have been on Final Fantasy XI for about 2 months now. This has been one of the best games I have played to date. You have more chars you can make that just one, unlike SWG. You have one char to start with for $11.95 a month. every char after that is .95 cents per month. But wth one char you can change your profession to any thing you want it to be with out losing the char's profession that you switched from. So you can do anything and losing nothing in this game, unlike with SWG. travel is not that bad you do have mounts that you can rent, when you get to a higher level you can ride an airship between towns, level 36 white mages can port to diffrent places as can black mages. Soloing can be done in this game as well as grouping. You can solo up to level 18 then you get whats called a subjob. A subjob is just another profession that can stay at half of your main professions level. So you can have a level 30 Warrior and a level 15 white mage "cleric", which makes down times much faster. After you get to level 30 you can pick out of eleet jobs. Your main jobs that you can start out with is Black Mage, Monk, Red Mage, Thief, Warrior, and White Mage. Your main job and subjob can be any one of these together. Your eleet jobs taht you get when you are level 30 is Bard, Beast Master, Dark Knight, Dragoon, Ninja, Paladin, Ranger, Samurai, Summoner. you can mix any main job with any subjob. for example you can have a white mage summoner, or a Dark Knight Ninja. Well I think I have taken enough of your time on this write up. I just wanted to try and bring this thread back to life I have not seen much in this section for some time and games are a big part of my life so I like reading about difrent games.

SmAsH-UK, I did love FF-8 but there is no need to wait if you have a Pc that can run it. This is the first cross platform game that has been released. You can be playing the Playstation 2 version of the game and still play on the same sever as someone on the Pc version of the game. This was a great idea on there part. It is pretty kool that they did something like that. I guess they did not want to leave anyone out because they were a console person rather than a Pc person. They have reached the number 2 place right behind everquest in ratings as far as people playing there game. They have about 400,000 players in game last i had heard. They are expecting to surpass EQ shortly.
