As the webmaster of WebGrid I can assure you that there is no Spyware to be found on the site.

As a defence against this there is a Spyware search box (bottom right Homepage) so should anyone have any doubt please use this facility.

No problem! <makes note> I actually hold back from publicly announcing anything about the site as I feel that it is 'advertizing' in some way. A bit odd I suppose especially as WebGrid is unsponsored and contains just freeware.
