How about any other Power Management option? Switch off some items after some time? Not just sleep mode

windows sux recently my zip drive has been doing strange things too. i switch zip disks but it continues to show me what was on the old disk. Even going so far as allowing me to access the documents on the former disk and modify them. I cant wait to get my imac.

sorry... i've had the same thing happen w. my cd too. It is probally only the begining of the end... that's what happened w. my last pc eventually more and more goes until it just freezes too often to keep turning on. Then you buy a new one.
