??-> how to convert pics to Icons???

I have 3 gif file images of characters of South Park. I was wondering if someone could change them into desktop icons for me? Or if someone could recommend a program that I could use to accomplish this. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

so u want them to be applied as... say, cartmans mom as the recycle bin ?

well, heres what i would do

get windows blinds or icon pacakger from stardock and use them

im sure there is an easier way, so ill leave it up to the pros for this one

Microangelo will do what you need to convert your southpark gifs to desktop icons. If you post them up, someone may be able to do this for you. If no one else volunteers, I'll see what I can do to convert 'em for 'ya when I get a little time
