The JASC painshop Pro animation shop really is nice, and Ulead Gif animator works well in a pinch.

Let me know which you want.

ive tried using Photoshop Image Ready to edit GIF images but its so bloated and unfriendly to anyone who hasnt had much experiences with it that it becomes a headache to use. Id definitely stick with the smaller apps such as Jasc Animation Shop. everything is provided at the touch of a button... youll love it to pieces

Late to this thread, I was gonna at least point you to the gifworks, but Wobbel beat me to that.

All the advice here is spot on. I like Ulead Gif Animator, but I have found it lacking in some areas, but for simple resizing it's OK. Not crazy about the Adobe Image Ready for the same reasons KF said.

Might be a good topic for us to review........

the hunter will become famous soon enough
I have no experiance at this at all, and a how to article would be a boon to all us wantabes here. IE, all the trials and tribulations of learning how to do this. I do know that Rasta is so busy now he wouldnt have the time, but is there anyone else available with the skills willing to take this on? just a thought folks.
