where can i get an icon compiler?

Hi,

i have some icons in .ico format and i would like to compile them into a libraries (.icl format)

does anyone know of a program to do it with?
ive searched and cant find one anywhere

col this aint my topic at all but dont microangelo do this kinda stuff
i may be way off base here but im sure it does,if not im sure macromedia have an app for this i wont have time to have a proper mooch till the weekend but i know i can get an app to do this for ya............. watch that pm box me old son...lol

i think microangelo does do somthing like this
but i was really looking for somthin thats free...
ive tried the "usual" methods lol

i had a look at the macromedia site but couldnt
find an icon apps there.
