Converting my new avatar..

I was hoping to find some help on how to convert this image to be used as my new avatar.. if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Err.. odd.. it was animated in an email I received.. but it lost that somehow..

OK, Ive recently seen that, the penguin trips the other penguin. If I can find it in a gif, I can reduce it with gif animator. Otherwise you can always reduce (and lots of other things too) a gif at GifWorks.

Yes I have an email that I got it in.. but I dont udnerstand how to pull it out of the email.. can I email it to you kungfucious or berks?

It saved as a bmp instead of gif because ou need to clean out your temp files.

Yup.. thanks for the heads up. I actually ended up forwarding the email to Kung and he converted it for me.
