is that you on your avatar? if it is, youve lost weight! howd ya do it??!?! i need to loose about 3 stone here.. imposible task for me.. any tips?

Ummm ya it's me in like April , wheres the FAT pic of me lmao. I was workin two jobs and just didn't have time to eat till like late at night and very small amounts then. Now I'm a water freak but can't be losing any weight atm lol.Anyways it's not a very good tip but if nothin else switch off to all water and juice if ya want the sweets , keep busy all day . I never excersize but when I started losing my tummy I started using the ab-roller and that works well.

HEY I DIDNT SAY YOU WERE FAT! i think i saw a pic of you in another thread and you looked slightly chubbier! lol.. BUT IN A NICE WAY!

may giv the abRoller a shot.. have so many excercise gadgets lying around... latest one would be the 'shock your self crazy and get into shape' machine... more pain than gain im afraid!

giggles* I was Fat no doubt about that ....last spring /summer I was almost 200lbs now at 5 mo pregnant even I'm 141 . No biggy I'm happy thats all that matters ,,,, and it's just weight (beauty comes from whats within)

and that shock machine just seems very scary to me.......what if something went wrong hmmm? weird!!!!

Oh and I meant to ask your height & weight ( if you dont mind) just because Ive heard alot of men talking about losing some .....and they dont really need to. I most deffinately prefer a guy who weighs at least 180 or above ...as long as their taller than me lol.

im a short ass .. lol .. my height is around 5 foot 7 and i weigh around 160lbs /12 stone ish. i used to be 10 stone and lean as hell untill i start binging on chicken and chips every night after finishing work at 4 in the morning! oh and thats around 130lbs..

and as for pics.. i posted on in another thread.. here i am.. 4th from the bottom!

and theres another pic of me on the following page..minus my head!

lol yep I know what that is ....... my best friend is from Chippenham so I have some English knowledge. yet I still CANNOT comprehend the whole C vs F thing . He tells me the temp there is like 22 C and I go ............dang thats cold!!! Dumb American Blonde Girls huh?

anyways you didnt look bad in any way in your pic... very good actually

I thought it was time to bump this thread, and i also thought this morning would be a good time to try out the new camera. i managed to get a pic before the camera suffered a bad case of frost bite. When I took this one it was so cold the zoom had started to move by itself.
