Too bad it only lasts about 3 weeks then it all dies..

Here's the Poppy fields a mile from my house this Spring...

lol All I have to say is I am sooo glad I don't have allergies!
I am glad it only lasts a few weeks though, being the state flower, everone on a 400 mile radius wants to show up and play lookieloo, parking in the middle of highways and everything else, then wonder why the locals call them names and try to scare them with fake snake sightings..lol.

Do you mean sightings of fake snakes or fake sightings of real snakes. JK. LOL!!

Fake sightings of real snakes, I think... though I would honestly love to see one, grab it, and walk up to all the lookieloos in the middle of the road and go "Look what I found!"
Evil, but I can just see the looks on their faces!
