Good Photoshop Tutorials?

Anyone know where I can get my hands on some good (free) Photoshop tuts? Ive been messin around in it but I need some help with figuring things out in there!

Hey thanx for the links and the welcome! ... This place is pretty cool. Im pretty much a complete n00b at PS. I have done some sigs for forums and I tried making a template for a website (http://www.scik.net/) and im just trying to figure everything out!
