Flt.dll

When i try to go into my control panel i have a error that comes up explorer flt.dll. I need help on how to fix this problem. I have looked into different solutions and none of them seem to work. I am using Windows ME.

Have you searched the Microsoft support site?
Have you recently added any programs that may have caused this?
Can you post up a screen capture of your error?
Just trying to get a bit more info on it so maybe others can help you here
