Fan speed control

Has anyone ever installed a 'Rheobus , Baybus or Rheostats' ?
They are used for fan speed control ... I am just guessing too but I think they are just potentiometers (variable resistors) so it should be easy enough to buy the parts and make your own ??

ya they are just variable trimmers (pots). I am pretty sure jrwap has em on his system so he should chime in before long.

Ok, Im here!!! Yes, I have the fan control installed on my computer. There is a picture of it in the overclocking forum. Its simple to install and works well. Have a bit of extra wire around cuz you will have to extrend most of the pwr/gnd wires. I have 5 fans installed using 3 of the controllers. The 4th controller is used for the cathode ray light.

If you wait a week or so, i will have lots more pics. Im going to take my computer apart and rebuild it from the ground up ... w/ full pics.
