Thats downright sad!

I was in the USAF and on occasion ran into inferior ensignia and other uniform items. Alot of folks opted to buy custom items from 3rd party companies because of higher quality (these items met USAF specs, they just looked and wore much better).

pretty bad when people getting honors like this have to buy their own stuff!
