Adzidzor. You really need to get an OS installation CD. And you need to get a dos boot disk. Find a PC with windows 98 and go to the control panel. Click on Add/Remove programs. Then click on Startup Disk at the top. Then create the disk.
You need to be able to at least boot to a dos prompt.. and get your CD rom working.

Cirga, I am now using win98 on a new HD on my emachines T1150, since I am still hopeful to recover my data from the previous one. But the graphics display on the monitor is awful. I only have 2 options....that is...2 or 16 bits. Are the drivers not compatible?????? My recover Cd is gone because I setup a new internal CD rom Drive that was able to autorun other programes but not the emachines Recover CD. I looked at the files on the CD....and tried to get them to run but to no avail. I know the CDs are a *@#$!!!!!! Thanks so much I am actually gainig so much knowledge since joining this team....I appreciate it. Keep helping me out.
