PC Temperature

First - Sorry if this has been asked before (and I'm sure it probably has), but I wanted a response for my conditions.

So can somebody tell me a good temperature for my PC. It's pretty simple and all the cooling I have is a tiny fan on the motherboard, the CPU fan & heatsink. and then 3 small fans on the case. And the case is made out of Aluminium

Here's the spec :

MSI 825PE Neo2 FISR
P4 3.0Ghz
512MB RAM
120GB HD
1 DVD drive
1 DVD Writer
1 Floppy Drive
Iomega 250 Internal zip
Creative GeForce Fx5900 Ultra
Soundblaster Audigy 2

And the moment I am getting CPU temps of around 62C and ssytem temps of around 43C.

Now I don't feel this is all that bad as London is currently experincing the hotest summer on record (35C - 38C! good ol' global warming), but I just want to make sure. And of course if this is too high, then I'll need to start cooling it down.

Those temps seem fine considering the hot summer here in the uk, depending on the make of your case but ill guess for now its probably a lian Li or similar. You could upgrade the current "80mm"? fans to a some with more cfm.

Again with the processor fan it depends on the brand and what amount of air it shifts, some more details on those items would help

anything up to 50 degrees is considered ok in my book but some processors are known to run quite hot im not too sure on the intels but i know the amds do big time.

if worst comes to worst get a better fan bigger copper heat sink and some case fans bring the temp right down

and dare a mention water cooling............................lol
