XP taskbar question

Is there any way to get a program in the taskbar to always appear next to the clock or always as the last icon?

whatever loads last is last...to have them alway show:
go into your start menu and uncheck 'Hide Inactive Icons'
this will show them all...all the time...there is away to tweak this further, by hiding some and showing others..that can be done by clicking on 'Customize' .
