DVD Burner

I'm looking to buy a DVD burner. I want to be able to archive my existing DVD movies.

I have great tutorial on how to copy movies, but I'm not sure which drive to buy.

Drives that copy using DVD + is the most common but the copies only work on cetain home players. The DVD +/- format is aparently the more popular now as it works on most DVD players.

The Sony +/- seems to be the best seller at my local Best Buy.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, the Sony DRU-500AX is a good unit (don't get the 500A, apparently there are firmware bugs)

But NEC are due to release one too, which may be better... the details here
