OMFG ... I just put one of these heatsinks on my cpu and its cooled it an extra 3.5 degrees .. Under load its hitting 47 degrees but when its idle its sitting a 41.3 ... One bad thing the fan spins at 7100 rpm all the time and gives out a whopping 46.5db !!

Can I put up witht he noise... ? For now I can as it means I can OC a little more... I'll post results on what I get

I upped the FSB to 140 and everything seems to be running fine.

Temperature is now 46 idle...

Lets see how far this baby will go ....

FSB 144 now ... Everything still seems stable ... the idle temp is 46.9 degrees...

On post the chip is now showing as an XP1800 ... Much better than a XP1600

Well I had a quick game of THPS3 and under load the temp went up to 52 degrees ... I'll post a poll to see who thinks its too hot.

George ... I'll try and fit time in this weekend and write a full review of what i did including benchmarks for you to post.

Sounds good bud, I am trying to get things sorted out here with the server. I accidentily crashed it

You might have noticed that it seems like time went backwords, the site will be down again before long for a couple of hours.
