Wireless Adapter Driver

Hey guys,

I am having the darndest time getting my wireless network adapter to update. I have a gateway MX7118 laptop with an Athlon AMD 64-bit processor. I contacted gateway today and the driver from their site didn't work so they provided me a link to a broadcom download which didn't work either. I have been all over the internet trying to resolve this issue. The Adapter is a broadcom BCM4318. Any solution to this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
