hello, i have a question hoping somone can answer tried to load win95 on ibl300pl
setup proceeds fine files copy but when install completes and win restarts to finish setup system shuts down out of curiosity i took drive out of ibm and put in my current pc(dell) and win 95 booted up loaded hardware and displayed desktop
so i took drive out place back in ibm started pc win95 logo appeared than sreen displays error message {protection error restart} did so system starts in safe mode pressed safe mode option screen error message {invalid windows configuration/ invalid vxd link} am I correct in assuming the problem lies in my old pc itself?
