it says "cannot delete file: the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

im actually going to format the drive tomorrow as schools out now and its my chance to format and configure my machine for some online holiday gaming action for the 4 months i have off.

But before i do that, i would like to get the problem sorted so that if i come accross this again i'll know what to do...

its simple enough to format and restart but its much more worth while if i learn the problem and solutions.
