You can go to
www.irfanview.com. Download irfanview. its a great image manipulation program and its free!
Once you have that program.. use it to open the image you want to resize. Then just go to the top tool bar where it says "Image" and then click on "Resize/Resample".
Then you will see a width and height in there.. make sure both numbers are below 500.. best way is to just lower the highest number and it will automatically adjust the second number to keep the correct image proportion.
then you will be able to attach it here
