NUTNDUN is on a distinguished road
Y a it is true, NTFS can use a fat32 partition but a fat32 OS like 98 can't read NTFS, so if u have anything u need to share between two OS's with one of them being formatted in fat32 and the other being NTFS you either need to save all the stuff u wanna share on the fat32 formatted partition or make a partition that you would use to share formatted in fat32. NTFS is faster and more secure and is always how I format any partition, but then again I don't use 95,98 which requires fat.
