As far managing your photos (like Camedia) I have tried about 6 of them Olympus CAMEDIA, Picasa, Photoflair, Adobe Photoshop Album, ACDSee)
By far the EASIEST to use (as management of photos and options) is JASC Paint Shop Photo Album. This is for a complete suite of management and Basic photo editing. The PSPA has much more editing capabilities than the others I have listed.

I Have NOT tried Photoshop Elements YET-- But I think if what you are looking for is pure editing software that is probably your best bet. If you are looking for camera/photo management software give JASC PSPA a try (you can download a trial from their website)
