Well, you can from the Task Manager Cirga...
Open up Task Manager...
Click the Processes tab...
Right-click the process you want to change priority on.
Select Set Priority
Here you have multiple options:
*Realtime
* High
* AboveNormal
* Normal
* BelowNormal
* Low
That's the only way I know how to in Win2kPro. In the old NT, I think it was just about the same way, except you could do it from some other panel. I dunno, it's been soooooo long since NT (or atleast it feels that way).
