I'm gonna assume you meant Photoshop 7
Photoshop uses a history palette which will allow for multiple "undos". Usually in the preferences under "general" you can set the number of steps that the palette will remember. The default is "20". Also if you're just looking to undo 1 step, good 'ole (ctrl+z) works nicely
