Stop it the way you been shown above by the direction for MSN and MSCONFIG, then:

Clean the registry using RegCleaner 3.1.................

Delete the Key.....

H_K_Loacal_Machine..........software.............. etc.........

(somewhere around there)

Delete the the whole MSN FOLDER!

Then reboot. GOne forever, unless you choose to re-install it!
