I am finally breaking down and getting a video card. My question is I want to have a TV OUT ability so what is the best software to run on a TV. I have WinXP Home with only PCI slots so I am looking the a older ATI card for my PC even thought the PC is not that old. The brand did not include a AGP slot. The PC is 1.1Mhz with 256meg and 40 gig drive. It
should more them able to handle a TV Out ATI Radeon 7000. The plain is to view divx files mostly. VCDs as well. I do not want to spend anything or very little. So what is the best software to view Divx/VCDs on the TV. Any info would help. There are tons programs for watching on a PC but almost nothing ment to wacth stuff on the TV.
