You just start up macromedia flash mx click file>import then select the avi file and change the settings etc.. i don't think that saving money is a great idea when you want to get a qualitative output, it's not so useless. that programs are specially made for this!for example i have a tool
VisiFly, not an expensive program- 39.95, but i like its quality.
