ok you wont believe this but i have fixed the problem.Now how i did it is the funny bit i looked hard at the help file and settings in the m monitor prog and seen that in the help file his example for the temperature sensor and fan sensor he used the same board sensor.
Like me he has three sensors and three fans but all i done was change sensor 3 (the 79 degrees chip nuker)from the drop down list (should display board sensor) added the diode setting and bam the fan temp dropped to around 65 and stayed there on idle till i opened a apps now this is strange since its against the rules but i tried adding the diode setting to the other two and it sent them up into orbit so weird hey but it works
So then it only moved up to 68 degrees
