Probably not... while the 3.4Ghz will probably be about 20% faster than the 2.8Ghz, most games aren't processor bound... your processor is more than fast enough to run the game, if you want to make it look better, you're probably better off saving up for a better video card, or speeding up your hard disk setup, rather than getting a faster processor.
(Edit: By the way, I played GR:AW on the 360... Uberfun.)
