With Nero. From Menu "Recorder"->"Burn Image"... then find the ISO file and burn it. md5 is a checksum file. You can use md5 Checker (Google for it - there are many apps) and check if the checksum of the ISO that you downloaded is the same as the checksum of the file listed at the site for download. It's kind of a digital signature of the ISO file (could be used for all kinds of files) to protect you from bad downloaded files
