I have 71.84. Check for the refresh rate overrides from the driver settings (see screenshot below). And disabling any 8bit color modes for the resolution might work...Sometimes the drivers are locked and they do not have Refresh Rate Override options... You can download:
NVTweak - it should unlock what you need...
