I could see how seven degrees could make all the difference but just look at it... It's a friggin' monster. I mean that thing is HUGE!!!

In all honesty, a cooler that size is just gaudy. Now, when you consider how much hotter the upper range AMD's and INTEL's run when they are overclocked. I don't think it would be able to keep up. when you consider that you're spending one third the cost of a low end-water cooling kit I'd go with the water cooling simply because of the stability across high temp frequencies, and it's ability to be upgraded piece by piece if you needed to.

Technobeast, were you talking to me when you said thank you for reviving this thread? Because I don't know if you were talking about the overclocking section of the forum or this thread that we are in right now.
