Well...u do have a few options...
Heres a nice
gigabyte one. That takes up to 1.5 gig of SD ram and u can buy it if ur in the uk
here for a pretty decent price.
Otherwise its best to look around as some boards do support both SD and DDR tho they r few and far between.
As rip said most are DDR now and it maybe time to take the plunge!
