so yea, i hate this

i have an ASUS K8V SE Deluxe mobo and one day after a restart it began saying "System Failed due to CPU overclocking" and i cant get it to do anything now. It doesn't start up at all, it powers up and then after about 10 seconds it says this death phrase. I have switched things around on the mobo(memory slots, pulled the battery from the it, cleaned the heck out of it) but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
