If there is a temp sensor on the motherboard, or if the 64 has a built in sensor it should be displayed in the bios.

If you don't know how to get into the bios, when you first boot up the system keep pressing the delete key or the escape key, sometimes the system will say press F1 for setup menu, once in the bios you can check everything out. I strongly advise thought that unless you know what you are doing don't change any settings no matter how good it sounds and exit without saving changes.

Another software program that may pick up the temp sensor is motherboard monitor, do a search for it on google and you should find their home page, it will take some time till software catches up to the new cpus.
